Distributed Systems
This lecture of Prof. Fischer and Prof. Schindelhauer provides an introduction into distributed systems, the following topics are discussed: system models, network types, forms of communications, time, global states, consistency and coordination, distributed transactions , replication, and modeling of distributed applications.

There will be an oral exam in the examination period. Please register on-line using the campus management system. There are no requirements for the registration and please observe the registration deadline.
